DISCIPLESHIP JOURNEY
Growing in Discipline
Men A.L.I.V.E.
One-year Discipleship Journey

Built around five core pillars, using the acronym A.L.I.V.E. Each letter represents a foundational theme for male spiritual growth, reach out and leadership.

The Five Pillars – Monthly Focus
-
Month 1: A.wakened – Focus: Evangelism
-
Month 2: L.ed – Focus: The Word
-
Month 3: I.gnited – Focus: Fire
-
Month 4: V.ictorious – Focus: Character
-
Month 5: E.mpowered – Focus: Leadership

-
Month 6–10: Repeat the five pillars with new depth and practical application
How It Works
Each core theme is explored monthly, one key focus per month. After five months, the cycle repeats with deeper application, providing 10 months of structured growth.

The remaining two months, July and December (or as best fits the group), are
set aside for rest, retreats, family, or
special events.

Monthly Huddles (4 per month)
-
2 Dinners (every other week): Hosted in homes or private settings, these evenings focus on discipleship, accountability, prayer, and real spiritual growth through open, honest conversation.

-
2 Public Breakfasts (every other week): Held in cafés or public places, these mornings create space for outreach, connection, and Gospel conversations. Each man is encouraged to bring a guest.

Discipleship Guidance:
New men are paired with mature brothers who offer prayer, counsel, and accountability throughout the journey.
Community Outreach
Volunteer with us in our Community Outreach initiatives to make a tangible difference in the lives of others. By serving our communities and addressing various needs, men can demonstrate compassion and contribute to positive change.

Why This Model Works?
-
It is repeatable — designed to run twice yearly without needing reinvention.

-
It is flexible — fresh Scriptures and teachings can be used in every new cycle.

-
It is foundational — the five A.L.I.V.E. themes cover salvation, growth, Scripture, calling, and leadership.

-
It is purposeful — everything points to raising up men of faith who live on mission.
